The Four Elements to Move Better
1. Cardiovascular Exercise: a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week
2. Strength and Core Training: a minimum of 2 times per week
3. Flexibility, Mobility & Balance: Yoga or Pilates at least once a week
4. Rest and Recovery: plenty of high quality sleep, massage, and stretching
